SALE BY T DIRECTOR OF FINANCE OF $500,000.00
BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES.
SEAS, by Resolution No. 2675, passed May loth, 1926,
the Director of Finance was delegated with the power to nego-
tiate the sale of $500,000. Bond Anticipation Notes, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has reported the sale
of said notes to Curtis and Sanger of New York at a price of
$500,450.00 for 4t per cant notes dated May 25th, 1925 in the
denomination of $10,000 each and numbered 1 to 50, inclusive,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .BY THE C(WTSSION OF THE
CITY OF N1AMI :
That the sale by the Director of Finance of 0500,000.00
Bond Anticipation Notes authorized by ResoliI.tion No. 2675,
adopted May 10th, 1926 be, and the same is hereby, ratified
and confirmed.
