A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ANAG-ER
TO PURCHASE, FOR AND ON BOHALF OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, CERTAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED or
IN AND TO PAY FOR SALE THE PRICES SET FORTH
AND TO 117.1-,0W CERTAIN ATTORNEYS FLES IN CON-
NECT ION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROPEATIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLKISSION OF THE CITY OF
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to acquire by purchase, for and on behalf of the City of Miami to be used
for street purposes in the opening and widening of N. E. 3rd Avenue, the
following describe& properties and pay for same in the amount set oppo-
site the respective descriptions and to allow in connection therewith
attorney's fees in the amounts set forth, to -wit:
Description of Pruerty Price Atty's Fees
(a). A part of Lot Thirteen (13), Block (57,500.00 4,000.00
"D" of Rice & Sullivan's Subdivision,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, page 64 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the southeast corner of the
said lot, thence run north on the east
line of the said lot a distance of 160
feet to the northeast corner of the
said lot; thence vest on the north line
of the lot a distance of 22.992 feet;
thence southwesterly a distance of
160.369 feet to a ioint on the south
line of the said lot 21.702 feet east
of the southwest corner of the said lot;
thence east on the south line of the
said lot a distance of 33.29e feet to
the point of beginning.
(b). Lot Fourteen (14) of Block Three (3) c,67,500.00 2,000.00
of Rice t: Sullivan's Subdivision, an
addition to the City of Miami, Flori-
da, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 4, page 64, of the
lublic accords of Dade County, Florida.

subdivision of the Cityof riami, Flori-
da, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 12, Public Records

'Alen, a subdivision of the City of
riami, Florida, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 12, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, more Nu. 6 26.p
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the southeast corner of suia lot,
thence run north on the east line of the
said lot a distance of 95 feet to the
northeast corner of the said lot; thence

plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 24, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, which part is more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line
of said lot Twenty-nine (29), which
point is 14.05 feet East of the South-
west corner of said lot; running thence
West along the South line of said lot a
distance of 14.05 feet to the Southwest
corner thereof; running thence North
along the West line of said lot aLdis-
tanoe of 87.5 feet more or less, to the
Northwest corner thereof; running thence
East along the North line of said lot a
distance of 19.73 feet to a point; run-
ning thence Southerly a distance of 87.713
feet more or less to the point or place
of beginning.

beginning; running thence West along said
South line of said lot to the Southwest
corner thereof; running thence North
along the West line of said lot a distance
of 166.15 feet more or less to the North-
west corner thereof; running thence East
along the North line of said lot a distance
of 33.47 feet to a point; running thence
Southerly a distance of 166.323 feet more
or less to the point or place of beginning.
