A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
134 TO 137, INCLUSIVE.
WHEREAS, the Commission net on May 10th, 1926, after due
legal notice for the purpose of hearing any objections to the
acceptance of Sewer Improvements 134 to 137, i0clusive, and
WHEREAS, it is shown by the.report of the City Manager,
which has been dulyfiled for identification, that the said
improvements in the City of Miami, Florida, have been properly
and completely done, and are in conformityconformlty to the plans, pro-
files, details, drawings and specifications of the City Manager
as adopted by the Commission of the City of Miami for such im-
provemsnts, and being satisfied that said work has been done
and completed in accordance with the profiles, details, drawings
and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OY kIAMI: That said work for said improvements, be, and the
same is hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
PASSE UD ADOPTED this 10th day of May, A. D. 1926.
