A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE HIGHWAY Zit-
PROWMPINTS 261, 262 AND 263.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that T. B. MaGahey
Paving Company have completed the Improvements in Highway Districts
261, 262 and 263.in accordance with the plans and specifications
for said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publioation of a notice
for objections of persons interested in and affected by said improve-
ments as to the acceptance thereof by the Com i saion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV a BY TEE =MISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the City Cleric be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of
Miami that at a meeting of the City Commission to be held on May
24th, 1926, the Cornmisaion will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the improvement as to the acceptance
by the Commission.
PASSED AIM ADOPTED this loth day of May, A. D. 1926.
