A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF FELIX PASQUALINO FOR
SIUiWALK CONSTRUCTION IN SIDEWALK IMPRDVEMENT DISTRICTS
63 AND 64 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR
THE SAID WORK.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of January, A. D. 1926, the Commission,
after due publication of notioes, received bide for the oonetrnotion
of certain sidewalks in Sidewalk Improvement Districts 63 and 64,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported the result of tabula-
tion of the bids received for the work and reoommended that .Felix
Pasqualino be awarded contract for all the work in the Districts
above set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE'S BY THE COLL:ISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the bid of Felix Pasqualino for sidewalks
in Sidewalk Improvement Districts 63 and 64 at and for the unit
prices set forth in his said bid submitted January 25th, 1926 be,
and the same is hereby, accepted and contract awarded to said Felix
Pasqualino.
Section 2. That the City :tanager be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized and directed to execute, for and on bebalf of the Cit. of
Miami, a contract with said Felix Pasqualino for the said sidewalk
work according to the plans and specifications.
