A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING'THE PAYMENT Q
$4500.00 TO JOHNSON TIRE COMPANY.
WHEREAS, in the improvement of the jog in N. E
let Avenue at 14th Street, it is neeesaary to make
certain alterations in the building of Johnson Tire
Company situated an the Southeast corner of said inter-
aeation at a coat of $4500.00, and
WHERE, the Johnson Tire Company offers to accept
$4500.00 for making the change,
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV. U BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF M14IAMI: That the Director of Finance be, and
he is hereby, authorized to pay the Johnson Tire Oompany
the sum of $4500.00, same to be charged to the fund for
the payment of City*s share of coat of street paving.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D. 19E6.
