A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAN FOR IM-
PROVING CURVE AT WEST FLAGLER STREET AND
S.W. 17TH AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the plan submitted by the City
Manager for the improvement of the Curve at West Flagler
Street and. S. W. 17th Avenue be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby author-
ized to have the necessary work done to effect this improve-
ment at a cost of Twenty -Five Hundred (02500.00) Dollars.
.ection 3. That the sum of Twenty -Five Hundred
(02500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the fund
provided for the payment of City's share of cost of street
paving.
