A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF CURTISS-
BRIGHT PROPERTIES TO ER3CT CLUB HOUSE AT CITY
GOLF COURSE AT HIALEAH AND DIRECTING THE CITY
AT T ORNEY TO PREPARE FORMAL AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the offer of Curtiss -Bright properties
to advance the sum necessary for the erection of a Club House
at the City Golf Course at Hialeah and to erect such Club
House under the supervision of the City of Miami at a cost
not to exoeed u50,000.00 to be refunded at the rate of
10,000.00 a year with interest not exceeding 6% be, and the
same 13 hereby, accepted.
Section 2. That the City tittorney is hereby directed to
prepare formal agreement and submit same to the Commission for
approval at a later meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D. 1926.
