A RESOLUTION CANCELLING SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT 165, 166 do 167, AID REMOVING
LIENS AGAINST ABUTTING PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to eliminate the con-
struction of unitary Sewer Improvements 165, 166 and 167
and to later provide for curb sewers in these Districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
TIIE CITY OF MIAII:
Seotion 1. That Sanitaty Sewer Improvements 165, 166
and 167 be, and the same are hereby, cancelled and all pro-
oeedings taken in feference to same are hereby revoked.
Section 2. That all liens against property abutting
the improvement and liable for assessment of the cost there-
of be, and the same are hereby, cancelled and removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D. 1926.
