A RESOLUTION AUTHORUING THE PAYMENT OP
THE BILL OF MORGAN-HILL PAYING COMPANY
IN TILE AMOUNT OF $613.76 FOR CFRI'AIt(
SIDEWALK WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY '1'iii COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MI.AMI:
Section 1. That the bill of Morgan -Hill Paving Com-
pany in the amount of $513.75 for sidewalk work on 3..R.
20. Street necessitated by the nhange in grade in paving
of South Bayahore Drive at S. E. End Street is hereby
approved, and the Director of Finance authorized to pay
same.
Section E. That the coat of said work shall be
charged to bond fund B-76 for the City's share of side-
walk work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D.
1926.
