A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AWARD-
ING CONTRACT TO J. J. QUINN COMPANY POR
INSTALLATION OF HIGH. PRESSURE E MAINS ?OR
FIRE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF SAID CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bide received for installation
of High Pressure Mains for Fire Department, it appears that the
bid of J. J. Quinn Company was the lowest and beat bid received
for the work,
NOW, THERM PORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION i OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI :
Section 1. That the bid of J. J. Quinn Company for the
installation of high Pressure Mains for Fire Department at and
for the unit prices aet forth in their proposal be, and the
dame is hereby, acoepted and contract for the work awarded to
said J. J. Quinn Company.
Section Z. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami
contract with said J. J. Quinn Company for the said work accord-
ing to the plans and specifications.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby direoted to return
certified checks and bid bonds to the unsuoceseful bidders.
