A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AWARDING CON-
TRACT TO T. B. MCGAE Y PAVING COMPLY FOR STREET
PAVING UNDER CONTRACT PV-78 AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bide received April 19th, 1926,
for street paving under Contract Pv-78, it appears thatthe bid
of T. B. McGahey Paving Company is the lowest and beet bid for
the work,
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C kMI88ION OF THE
CITY OF kIAMI :
Section 1. That the bid of T. B. MoGahey Paving Company
for the construction of paving under Contract Pv-78 at and for
the unit prices set forth in their proposal received April 19th,
192.6, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and contract for the
work awarded to said T. B. bucGahey Paving Company.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami
contract with said T. B. McGahey Paving Company for the said
work according to the plans and specifications.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to return
certified checks and bid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D. 1926.
