A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEidENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMAISSION OF THE CITY OF MAUI:
That a local improvement deseribed and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-313A as follows:
On the North side only of S.W. 22nd Street (Coral Way) from
S.W. 13th Avenue to S.W. 15th Court, and from S.W. 17th Avenue to
S.W. 21st Avenue.
Grading 35 feet in width.
Laying a pavement of local pit rock to an average thickness
of 8 inches, with two application of surfave oil, to a width of
35 feet.
The property against which special assessment for the cost
thereof shall be made is 'nereby designated District H-313A.
PA3ED iD ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D. 1926.
