A RESOLUTION WAIVING OBJECTIONS TO PRO4
POSED DREDGING AND WHARF ON BISCAYNE BAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That. the City Commission, for and on behalf of the
City of Miami, Florida, does hereby waive objections to
proposed dredging and construction of wharf on Bisoayne
Bay for Frank B. Shutts opposite "POINT VIEW", as shown
on blue -prints prepared by Watson & Garria, Civil In-
gineera, dated April lbth, 1926, this waiver applying
to such part of the improvement that lies within the
harbor line.
PA3SED AID ADOPTED this 26th day of April, A. D.
1926.
