A RESOLUTION ACCr`PTING THE BID OF J. J. QUINN COMPANY
FOR RELOCATION OF STORM SsArE''R IN FLAGLER STREET AT
EAST APPROACH TO BRIDGE.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has reported the
necessity of ohanging the location of storm sewer on Flagler
Street that empties into the Miami River, and estimates the cost
thereof at $471.88, and
WHEREAS, J. J. Quinn Company have submitted the bid of
;500.00 for the work, and
WHEREAS, the relooation of said sewer has been approved by
the City Manager,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIIL I ;
Section 1. That the bid of J. J. Quinn Company to do the
work necessary to chaze the location of the said storm sewer gt
and for the price of 4500.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
6ection 2. That the said sum of $500.00 is hereby appropriated
from the fund for the payment of the City's share of cost of sewers
for the purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, A. D. 1926.
