A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDERING
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT 66.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., April 19th, 1926, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sidewalk Improvement 66, and
the plans, speoifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 00=531 N OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution Iio. 2581, adopted April 5th,
1926, ordering Sidewalk Improvement 66 be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
R.ASSED -AITD ADOPTED this 19tb day of April, A. D. 1926.
