A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE
CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI IN
THE AMOUNT OF $27.646.00 FOR THE PURPOSE SET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY CIE' MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
issue Certificates of Indebtedness of the City of Miami in the
amount of $27,646.00 for the payment of the purchase price of
the property sought to be condemned for street purposes in the
suit of City of Miami vs. Callon, Korn Realty Company and Eish-
feld, said amount being the oompromise price agreed upon by both
parties to the suit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1986.
