BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIME:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
direoted to sign for and on behalf of the City of Miami, an ac-
ceptance of the proposition submitted by the N.E. 3rd Avenue
Company in their oommunication addressed to the Commission under
date of April 12th, 1926.
PASSED AI'ID ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
