A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDERING
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMEM 65.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00 o'clock
P. M., April 12th, 1926, after legal notice, heard all objections
presented by interested persons to the confirmation of the resolu-
tion ordering Sidewalk Improvement 65, and the plans, specifications
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2567, adopted March 29th, 1926, ordering
Sidewalk Improvement 65, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
