RESOLUTION NO. 2619.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR HIO-4_WAY IMPROVEMENTS 251, 252, 263B, 256,
257 & 258.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 12th day of April, 1926, pursuant to due legal
notice of said meeting under Section 56, Oity Charter, to
hear all written objeotions to the 'confirmation of the prelimi
nary assessment rolls for the cost of work in Highway Improve-
ment Districts 251, 252, 253B, 256, 257 and 258, and
1VHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and. the said
assessment rolls appearing in all respeots regular and in accord-
ance with the requirements and. provisions of the City Charter,
NON, THERM'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MA na:
1. 'Ault the prima facie assessments, as apportioned. and
indicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and. they are
hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and
all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the stuns and amounts assessed against each of the
lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls
are less than the amount thet each of said lots or parcels of ground.
is specially benefitted by said improvement and that such amounts
are in proportion to the special benefits that the property re-
ceived and that the proportion of said. costs to be paid by the
said City of L.iarni on account of Highway Intersections is the sum
set forth opposite the same therein.
3. iliat the total cost of the said improvements in the sums
be,
;;;13,912.16 for Improvement H-251,
5,390.69 for Improvement H-252,
2,087.09 for Improvement E-253B,
26,689,16 for Improvement H-256,
16,598.66 for Improvement H-257,
25,521.69 for Improvement H-258,
and the same are hereby, approved and confivmed.
