A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF CITY T.AT
TO THE PERSONS NAMED IN THIS RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO=ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the claims of A. H. Adams, Lillian U. Buck and E. 0.
Stratton for refund of City Taxes for the reasons set forth in
the affidavits filed with the Tax Assessor be, and they.are here-
by, allowed, and the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
refund tb said persons the amount set forth opposite thetr respec-
tive names, to -wit:
A. H. ADAMS 17.25
LILLIAN U. BUCK 120.00
H. 0. STRATTON 37.50
PASSED AND ADOPT M this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
