A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THEt?REC-
TI ON AND CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE S TAT ION S ANI) CHIEF' S QUARTERS,
AUTHORIZING THE RETURN OF BID BONDS AND DEPOSIT CHECKS.
WHEREAS, it appears that the City is without funds for the
erection and oonstruction of proposed fire stations at Buena Vista,
Coconut Grove, Little River, N.W. 17th Street and 7th Avenue, High
Pressure Station at N. Miami Avenue and 14th Street and Chief's
quarters at :,'est Flagler Street and loth Avenue, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to reject all bids and readver-
tise for bids at some future date.
NOW, TI REPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI.MISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIIAM I :
Section 1. That all bids received for the erection and construc-
tion of said Fire stations and Chief's Zuarters be, and the same are
hereby, rejected.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to return the
bid bonds and deposit cheeks.
