A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR WORK INCLUDED IN CITY PAVING CONTRACTS 69
TO 75, INCLUSIVE, AND AWARDING CONTRACT TO SAID HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI :
That the bid of Highway Construction Company for the street
paving work proposed under City paving contracts designated Pv-69
to Pv-75, inclusive, at and for the unit prides set forth in their
bid received January 25th, 1926, be, and the same is hereby, ac-
cepted, and said Contracts Pv-69 to Pv-75, inclusive, awarded to
said Highway Construction Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
