A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIRR!NT BY EMINENT
DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OP THE CITY OF MIAMI OF
THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is ne oeseary that the City of Miami acquire
for street purposes the following described property, located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit;
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot Eleven (11)
of Block One (1) of BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION, an ad-
dition to the City of Miami, Florida, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
37, rablio Records of Dade County, Florida.
and
wHER a3, the above and foregoing described property is neoes-
sary and should be aoquired by the City of Miami for street pur-
poses,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION C ' THE CITY

That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and should be aoquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedings in
the name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by
eminent domain of the following described property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot Eleven (11)
of Block One (1) of BROADUCOR SUBDIVISION, an ad-
dition to the City of Miami, Florida, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Piet Book 2, Page
37, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 th day of April, A. D. 1926.
