A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T. B. MoGABAY PAVING
COMPANY TO PAVE THE STREET IN HIGHWAY ESTRI
305 UNDER PAVING CONTRACT 66.
WHEREAS, the property owners of N.W. 13th Street, between
6tb and 7th Avenues have ,filed waivers of irregulotity and ills
gality in oonneotion with the improvement of said street so that
the work may be proceeded with at once, and
WHEREAS, the T. B. MoGahey Paving Company have agreed to do
the work at the same unit prides proposed in their bid for Con-
traot Pv-66, and also agreed to inolude the work in Highway Im-
provement District 305 in said Contraot Pv-66.
NOW, THERr�'0RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That Highway Improvement Distriot 305, be, and
the same is hereby, plaoed in Paving Contraot 66.
Section 2. That T. B. McGabey Paving Company is hereby au-
thorized to do the work in said District at and for the same unit
prices they bid for other work in Paving Contract 66.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
