A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT
HY EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF
THE CITY OF MIaMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY NMREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire
for street purposes the following described property, looated
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of.Florida,to-wit:
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot One (1) of
Block Three (3) of ELWOOD COURT, a subdivision
of the City of Miami, Florida, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 181,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is neoessary and
should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter desoribed and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent domain
of the following described property, located in the City of Miami,
County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot One (1) of
Block Three (3) of ELWOOD COURT, a subdivision
of the City of Miami, Florida, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 181,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
