A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2496,
AUTHORI7ING THE A0QUIREMBNT BY IM NEWT DO-
MAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY Hffi3M-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami on ' the 15th defy of
February, 1926, by resolution duly adopted, provided for the aoquirsaint
by the Oity of Miami for street purposes of the following described prop-
erty, located in the Oity of Miami, .County of Dade and State Of Florida,to-11*
A part of Lot Seven (7) of Block Fourteen (14) of MTRAMAF,
according to the Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 4 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida,
more particularly desoribed as follows, to -wit
Begin at the southwest corner of the Said lot; thence run east
on the south line of the said lot a distanoe of 33.465 feet;
thence northeasterly a distance of 106.296 feet to a point on
the north line of the said lot 14.725 feet east of the north-
east corner of the said lot; thence west on the north line of
the said lot a distanoe of 40.275 feet to the northwest corner
thereof; thence south on the west line of the said lot a dis-
tance of 105 feet to the point of beginning;
WHEREAS, the commission of the City of Miami in adopting said reso-
lution erro:leously described the property to be condemned by the City of
Miami for street purposes under its power of eminent domain;
NOW, THESE?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That Resolution No. 2496, heretofore duly passed and adopted on the
15th day of February, 1926, be amended by inserting the correct and proper
description of the property to be condemned by the City of Miami for street
purposes under its right of eminent domain, and that the oorrect description
of the property to be condemned by the City of Miami is as follows:
A part of Lot Seven (7) of Block Fourteen (14)of MIRA AR,
according to the Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 5 at page 4 of the Publio Reoords of Dade County,Florida,
more pa.rtioularly described as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the southwest oorner of the said lot; tb.;jnoe run east
on the south line of the said lot a distance of 33.47 feet;
thence northeasterly a distance of 105.284 feet to a point on
the north line of the said lot 14.715 feet west of the north-
east corner of the said lot; thenoe west on the north line of
the said lot a distance of 40.285 feet to the northwest corner
thereof; thenoe south on the west line of the said lot a dis-
tance of 105 feet to the point of beginning.
and
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
