A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT
BY *I[INENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the °ity of Miami aoquire
for street purposes the following #esoribed property, looated
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Elorida,to-wit:
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot Hine (9) of
SROADWOOR SIIBDIVISION, an addition to the City of
Miami, Florida, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 37 of the Public Reoorde of
Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the above and foregoing described property is neoee-
sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes,
NOW, TTH EFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent domain
of the following described property, looated in the City of Miami,
County of Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
The West Thirty-six (36) feet of Lot Nine (9) of
Block Ten (10) of BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION, an addi-
tion to the City of Miami, Florida, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 37 of
the Publio Rewords of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th Day of April, A. D. 1926.
