A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT
BY EMINENT DOMAIN FoR STREET PURPOSES OP
THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WAEF.F43, it is necessary that the City of Miami aoquire
for street purposes the following described propertyi located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Plorida,to-wit:
The West Thirty -Six (36) feet of Lot Five (6) of
Block Five (5) of BROADROOR SUBDIVISION, an addi-
tion to the City of Miami, Florida, socording to
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 37,
of the Public )teoords of Dade County, F: orida,
and
WHEREAS, the above and foregoing described property is neoee-
sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the aoquirement by said City by eminent domain
of the following described property, located in the City of Miami,
County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Thirty-six (3C) feet of Lot Five (5) of
Block Five (5) of BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION, an addi-
tion to the City of Miami, Florida, a000rding to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 37,
of the Publio Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
