A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT
BY EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the City
of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
That part of Lot Rine (9) of Block Ywo (2) of GOLDCOURT,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 167 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to -wit: Begin at the southeast corner of said
lot; thence run north on the east line of said lot a die

tanee of 88.46 feet to the northeast corner of said lot;
thence west on the north line of said lot a distance of
42.68•feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 88.66 feet
to a point 31.16 feet eaat of the southwest corner of said
lot; thence east on the south line of said lot a distance
of 38.84 feet to the point of beginning;
and
WHEREAS, the above and foregoi4g described property is neces-
sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes;
NOW, THMEF)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF kIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes, and
that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of the City of
Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent domain of the follow-
ing described property, looated in the City of Miami, county of Dade and
State of Florida, to -wit:
That part of Lot Nine (9) of Block Two (2) of GGLDCOURT,
as per plat thereof reoorded in plat Book 4, Page 167 of
the Public records of Dade County. Florida, described as
follows, to -wit: Begin at the southeast corner of said
lot; thence run north on the east line of said lot a dis-
tance of 88.46 feet to the northeast corner of said lot;
thence west on the north li4e of said lot a distance of
88.55 feet to a point 31.16 feet east of the southwest
corner of said lot; thence east on the south line of said
lot a distance of 38.84 feet to the point of beginning.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
