A'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQDIREMENT
BYFXINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Citg of Miami acquire
for street purposes the following describe& property, locate&
in the City of Mimi, County of Dade an& Stateof Florida, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of Lot Seven (7), Block
One (1) of MIRAMAR, according to the plat thereof
recorded in plat Book 5, Page 4, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS, the above and. foregoing describe& property is neces-
sary and. shoul& be acquired. by the City of Miami for street purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and_ should be acquirelifor street purposes,
and that theCity Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorize& and. di
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the acquirement by said. City by eminent do-
main of the following described property, locate& in the City of
Miami, County of Dade and. State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of Lot Seven (7), Block
Cne (1)of MIRAMAn, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book E,Page 4, of the Public
Records of Dade Count-.T, Florida.
