A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AQQUIHHMS$T BY
EMNINENT D0LLLIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF TEE
CITY OP MTMfT OF THE PROPERTY IN $LID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire
for street purposes the following described property, located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
That part of Lot One (1) of Block Four (4) of
GOLD COURT,, ae per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 167 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, desoribed as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the southwest oorner of said lot, thence
ran North on the West line of said lot a distance
of 88.46 feet to the northwest corner of said lot;
thence East on the North line of said lot a dis-
tance of 7.42 feet; thence southeasterly to a point
63.74 feet west of the southeast corner of said lot;
thence west on the south line of said lot a dis-
tance of 11,26 feet to the point of beginning;
WHEREAS, the above and foregoing described property is
necessary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street
and
purposes;
NOW, THE OiE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COME ISSI0N OF THE
CITY OF MIAUI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this reEolution is necessary and should be acquired for street pur-
poses, and that the City attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to institute the necessary legal prooeedings in the
name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by
eminent domain of the following described property, located in the
City of ;uiami, County of Dade and ;state of Florida, to -wit:
