A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAI IMPROVEMENT SR-200.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAWI:
That looal improvement describe& and designate& as
follows, shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr-200 as follows:
Laying an 8w Vitrified Sanitary Sewer on the North
side of S. W. 14th Street, from S. W. ?,aid Avenue, East to
the Railroad.
Necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laying eleven (7) 6-inch Vitrified laterals to connect
said sewer to the property line of the following lots and.
parcels:
POLLY LWIS DONATION -SEC. 39.
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 an& 17, Block 94-S.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and
glitters where such relaying is made necessary by the improvemnt.
The property against which special assessments for the oost r
thereof shall be made is hereby designate& District Sr. 200.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, A. D. 1926.
