A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE P1 LIMINART ASSESS.,
MEET ROLL FOR SANITARY SEWER LATERAL IMPROYEMENT

WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the 6th day of April, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of
said meeting under Section 66, City Charter, to bear all written
ob jeoti one to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll
for the cost of work in Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement DIS-
triot 6, end
SAS, no objeotion thereto was sustained, and the said as-
sessment roll appearing in ell respects regular and in a000rdanoe
with the requirements and provisions of the City °barter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMIS8ICti OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Seotion 1. That the prima faoie assessments, es apportioned
and indicated in said preliminary assessment roll be, and they
are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any dead
all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
Section 2. That the sums and somas assessed against each
of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment
roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels
of ground is apeoially benefitted by said improvement and that
such amounts are in proportion to the speoial benefits that the
property received and that the proportion of said costs to be
paid by the City of Miami on a000unt of highway interseotions is
the sum set forth opposite the same therein.
Seotion 3. That the total post of the said improvement in
the sum of ;972.24 be, and the same is hereby, approved and con-
firmed.
PASSED .iND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, A. D. 1926.
