Section 1. That Highway Improvement 268 be, and
the same is hereby, eaneellea.
Section 2. That the pending liens against all
property abutting upon the improvement and liable for
assessment of the cost thereof,be, and the same are here-
by, eanoelled end removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, A. D.
