WHEREAS, the Commission met on March 15th after due.legal
notioe for the purpose of hearing any objections to. the aooeptanoe
of Sewer Improvements 146-A and 159 and Sanitary Sewer Lateral Im-
provement 6 and no objection having been filed, and.
WHEREAS, the Commission met on Maroh 22nd, after due legal
notice for the purpose of hearing any objections to the acceptance
of Highway Improvements 250 to 253, inclusive, 255 to 258, inclus-
ive and 260, and Sidewalk Improvement 55 to 57, inclusive, and no
objections having been filed, and.
WHERE, it is shown by the report of the City i.:anager, which
he been duly filed for identification, that the said improvements
in the City of :.demi, 21orida, have been properly and completely done,
and ere in conformity to the plans, profiles, details, drawinp7s, and
specifications oJ_ the City lianager as adopted by the Commission of
the City of Laami for such improvements, and being satisfied that
said work has been done and completed in accordance with the profiles,
