POWER AND.LIGHT COMPANY TO ERECT AND

ISSUANCE OP A PURCHASE ORDER POLSAHE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUISSION OF THE CITY OF M14MI:
Seotion 1. That the Florida Power and Light CoMpany
is hereby authorized to construct and erect for the city of
Miami a garage building for the storage of City Busses, to
be located on Lots 5 to 10, inolusive of Block 50 North at
a price not to exceed $45,960.00.
Section 2. That the Purchasing Agent is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue to the Florida Power and Light Com-
pany a City purchase order for the construction and erection
of such building according to the plans and specifications for
same at a price not to exceed 445,960.00.
.PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of March, A. D. 1926.
