AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami, acquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the City
of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:

thence South 16.22 feet, thenoe East 40 feet to
the point of beginning.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary and
should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street pur-
poses, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorised
and directed to institute the neoessary legal proceedings in the
name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent
domain of the following described property, located in the City of
Miami, County of Dade, and State of Florida, to -wit:
