That the City Manager of the City of Miami be and he is hereby authorized to issue a permit granting and giving, insofar as it is within the power of the City of Miami, to the Seaboard All Florida Railway, a Florida Corpor- ation, permission to construct a line of standard gauge rail- way track in, upon and across Northwest 36th Avenue from the center line of Northwest 36th Street tofu" W ._tii....o tot , eauti^ pa r r td,_o; in, upon and across Northwest rt Korth River Drive from the center line of Northwest 36th Avenue to the center line of Northwest 23rd Street, across Northwest 29th Avenue; and in, upon and across Northwest 23rd Street from the center -line of Northwest North River Drive to the East Boundary of Northwest 27th Avenue, and across any and all streets, highways and thoroughfares in- tersecting said line between the points above mentioned, across Northwest 26th Court diagonally and/or in a curve, Northwest 26th Avenue diagonally and/or in a curve, North- west 25th Avenue, Northwest 24th Avenue, Northwest 23rd Court, Northwest 23rd Avenue, Northwest 22nd Court, North- west 22nd Avenue, Northwest 21st Avenue, Northwest 19th Avenue, Northwest 18th Avenue, Northwest 17th Avenue, Wagner Boulevard, an unnamed alley running North and South, located approximately 135 feet West of Northwest 15th Avenue, North- west 15th Avenue, an unnamed ten foot alley running North and South, approximately 135 feet West of Northwest 14th Avenue, Northwest 14th Avenue, an unnamed ten foot alley running North and South, approximately 135 feet West of Northwest 13th Avenue, Northwest 13th Avenue, an unnamed ten foot alley running North and South, approximately 135 feet West of Northwest 12th Avenue, Northwest 12th Avenue, North- west llth Avenue, Northwest loth Avenue, Guion Court, North- west 8th Avenue, Dargan Court, Northwest 22nd Street diagon- ally and/or in a curve, Northwest 7th Avenue diagonally and/ or in a curve, a certain unnamed 14 foot alley running North and South, approximately 159 feet East of Northwest 7th Aven- ue diagonally and/or in a curve,, and Northwest 21st Street diagonally and/or in a curve; and in, upon and across those certain unnamed ten foot alleys extending East and '.Vest and being approximately 137-1/2 feet South of Northwest 23rd Street and each running through the center of Blocks One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) respectively of Braddock's Sub&ivision, the same extending between Northwest 17th Avenue and Northwest 12th Avenue, all of which is within the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, with the express understanding that such permit shall not cover any right or privilege that the City of Miami is not supposed to give or grant, and does not include any part of Northwest 36th Avenue which may be without the limits of the City of Miami. Section 2.
