A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE CITY.OF MIAMI TO
ISSUE A SPECIAL BUILDING PERMIT TO MCDONALD
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR.THE ERECTION OF A WARE-
HOUSE BUILDING.
WHEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it
is provided that in the construction of buildings to cover a
greater proportion of lot area than allowed by the City Building
Code, it shall be neoessary to submit plans and speoifioations for
such building to the Building Inspector and the Director of Public
Service for examination and upon proper recommendation from said
officials, the City Commission may authorize the issuance of a
Special Building Permit, and
WHEREAS, McDonald Electric Company have submitted plans and
speoifioations for the erection and oonstruotion of a two story ce-
uent block warehouse building located on Lot 12, Block 54 North,
357 N.W. 6th Street, to cover a greater proportion of lot area thdft
allowed by the said Building Code, and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has submitted hie written
approval of the plans and specifications for said Building,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE caumissioN OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the Building Inspector be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to issue a Special Building permit to McDonald
Electric Company for the erection and construction of a warehouse
building according to the plane and specifications submitted therefor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, A. D. 1926.
