DOPTED FEBRUARY 15TT1, 1926.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COMMISSION OF Tt7; OITY OF MIAMT.:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 2497, adopted February
15th, 1926, be, and the Berle le hereby, cancelled and resoinded.
Section 2. That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby,
authorized and. direoted to dismiss condemnation suit against
Lot 14 of Block 6 of MIRAMAR.
