W-EREA, the Attorneys representinP: the owners of certain
property on N. V. 7th Avenue needed for street purposeshave offered
to soll sucth property needed by the City for the price of $27,646.00,
and
WHEREAJ, the Commission cosiders the price fair and deems it
expedient to accept said offer.
NO'ci, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE caaa SION OP THE CITY
OF T'it the 'aid offer is. hereby accepted by the City of Miami,
the purci-se price to be cx5i.d when the funds for the purpose are a-
vailable.
