A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM THE CONTIN-
GENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE SET FORTH HERFTN.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIAMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAUT:
That the sum of :20,000.00 be, and the same is hereby, appro-
priated from the Contingent Fund for the purpose of carrying on the
work in constructing bulkhead and fill on the West side of the Cause-
way Bend, said funds to be replaced from bond funds when same are
available.
PASSED LTD ADOPTED this 15th May of March, A. D. 1926.
