A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE VOuUkilat OF THE
CITY OF MAW TO THE ORDER OF JOHN C.
KNIGHT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY UPON THE TERM AND CONDITIONS hilatE

the City of Miami has authorized the purchase of
certain property of John C. Knight, in the extension and opening
of Southwest Second Street; and
WHEXELS, the terms and conditions have been set forth in a
letter from the sale of the said property to the City Commission,
and. the City Commission have by resolution accepted same upon the
terns and conditions therein expressed, which said resolution was
passed by the City Commission, dated February 15, 1926;
'HOW, MIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C01.2.2SSIOU OF THE CITY
OF La.Ua:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to issue a voucher of the City of riami, payable
to the order of John C. naight, in the amount of Three Thousand
Seven HUndred Fifty ('L7,750.00) Dollars, as a binder of five per
cent (5) of the purchase -price of the property known and describe&

the said. transaction shall be in accordance with the offer of sale
an& acceptance thereof by resolution of the City Commission,
dated February 15, 1926.
Section 3. That the above and foregoing purchase of prop-
erty is based upon and subject to the said John C. ?eight i'Ur-
nishing a good and marketable title, approved upon and passe&
by the City Attorney of liami , and if such is not the case, the
said Three Thousand. Seven Hundred Fifty ($3,750.) Dollars here-
by authorized in this resolution is to be returned to the City
of Miami.
