A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLU-
TION ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 311.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., March 8th, 1926, after legal notice, heard all
objections presented by interested persons to the confirmation
of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 311, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was
sustained,
NOW, THEREF0RE, BE IT RESOLVED B7 THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAI:I: That Resolution No. 2519, adopted February 19th,
1926, ordering Highway Improvement 311, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, A. D. 1926.
