A RESOLUTIOIT CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS -
ME T ROLLS FOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 249 AND SEWER
IMPROVEYENTS 103, 138, 139 AND 145.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met on
the 8th day of March, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of said meet-.
ing under Section 56, City Charter, to h9ar all written objections to
the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls for the cost of
work in Highway Improvement District 249 and in Sewer Improvement
Districts 103, 138, 139 and 145, and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said
assessment rollE appearing in all respects regular and in accordance
with the requirements anu provisions of the City Charter,

1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indi-
cated in said -preliminary assessment rolls be, and they are hereby,
in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or
parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls are less than
the amount that each of said lots or parcels of round is specially,
benefittecl by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion
to the special benefits that the pro-,)erty received and that the pro-
,iortion of said costs to be jail by the said City of Miami on account
of I.i(_hrra:r intersections is the vum set forth opposite the same therein.
0. That the total cost of the said improvements in the suns of
