RAILWAY COMPANY FOR CROSSING RIGHT-01`- WAY AND TACK OF SAID RAILWAY 00142ANY Wt TH SANI- TARY SEWER. BE IT RE6OLVED BY THE COiMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAL I: Section 1. That the City of Miami, Florida, consent and agree to enter into an agreement with the Florida East Coat Railway Company, a corporation, wherein and whereby said City of Miami, is given the right and privilege to arose under the tracks of said Railway Company with an eight (8) inch cast iron sewer pipe at location and according to the further terms and. conditions as contained in proposed agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. That the City Manager with the attestation of the City Clerk of the City of Miami, be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida.
