A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDER-
ING SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT 64.
WHEREAS, the City Commthssion at a meeting held at 3:00 o'clock
P. M., March lst, 1926, after legal notice, beard all obj eotiona
presented by interested persons to the oonfirmation of the resolu-
tion ordering aidewalk Improvement 64, and the plane, epeaificatione
and estimate of oost thereof, and no objection was sustained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2404, adopted Deoember 21st, 1925, order-
ing Sidewalk Improvement 64 be, and the same i shereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, A. D. 1926.
