p. M., March 1st, 1926, after legal notice, heard all objections
presented by interested persons to the oonfirmation of the resolu-
tion ordering Highway Improvement 305, and the plans, epeoifioatione
and estimate of cost thereof, and no obieotion was suatair i3..
NOW, THER&ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COINTSSIc1i OF THE CITY
OF IIIAMI: That Resolution No. 2433, adopted January llth, 1926, order-
ing Highway Improvement 305 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of kIaroh, A. D. 1926.
