WHEREAS, the Dubbins Properties, Inc. have agree& to deed
to the City of riami, for street purposes in widening S. W. 1st
Street, the following described property:
"The North twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Seven (7)
of Block Sixteen (16) South of the City of Miami,
in accordance with plat of said. City made by A.
L. Knowlton, C.E., and recorded in Plat Book B
at page 41 of the Public Records of Dade County
Florida. Said land to be used for street and
sidewalk purposes and no other".
in consideration that the City of Miami permits said Dubbins
Properties Inc. to arcade an addition to their present building
located on N. Miami Avenue.
==0, the Commission deems it advisable and to the best
interests of the City to accept the offer of said Dubbins Proper-
ties Inc.
